Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations need to be formally requested in writing.
2. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the accommodation fee.
4. Bookings cancelled 15-21 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the accommodation fee.

5. Changes to confirmed bookings:  Changes can be requested at any time. This will be subject to availability, provided it will not inconvenience other guests. Changes may result in a rate amendment. T’s and C’s apply.

By accessing, viewing or otherwise using this Website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the terms set forth below. Should you object to any of these terms of use, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue access to, viewing of or otherwise using this Website.

  • respond to requests that you have submitted via our site and to deal with on-going matters relating to such requests; and present content from our site in the way that we consider most effective.
